1. Application
The machine suitable for slitting different kind of plastic film such as PE,PP,OPP,BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP,etc, also fit for aluminum foil, paper and different kind of laminated material.
2.Feature
The machine adopts computer control, CCD photoelectric tracking and correcting system, winding tension control by Danma servo motor through PLC touch screen to achieve automatic tension control.
The unwinding tension is controlled by asynchronous servo motor and automatic tension. rewind shaft adopt air shaft.
The driver controls the working speed of the whole machine, and is equipped with automatic meter counting device, automatic winding calculation and display, automatic winding stop setting, automatic winding stop setting and other functions.
It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end face and easy subsequent processing.
