1. Application
This machine is suitable for separating and cutting such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil and paper, laminated paper,etc.
2.Feature
1) This machine electrical part is controlled by PLC, according to slitting requirement, entering the parameter by touch screen, LCD screen show the working data, the controlling system is good in starting buffer,stopping tightly,length meter and so on, easily operation.
2) Full automatic tension control system in winding, keep the tension same all the time, or according to requirement to apply taper control.
3) The EPC applies made in Japan to trace automatically, no matter the edge or line, can keep the material always in right position.
4) The unwinding unit apply shaft-less auto loading system; servo motor control feeding smoothly.
5) Main traction and rewind controlled by the 3 set vector inverter.
6) Rewinding tension controlled by PLC to change the parameter or rewind diameter digital type taper controlled automatic.
7) Rewind roller can divide into slip tension air shaft and slip friction control automatic, suitable for different thickness materials to slit in one time.
